Introduction

This agreement sets out your rights and obligations and those of the Richard Francis Bellin website in relation to this site and services offered by Ricard Francis Bellin. By using this site you agree to the terms of this agreement and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use it. Richard Francis Bellin reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time, and post the new version on the website. Your continued use of the Richard Francis Bellin website after such changes are posted will constitute your agreement to such changed Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Orders

It is your responsibility to check all the details and aspects of your order are correct and that the goods are suitable for your requirements (including product features, measurements, dimensions, delivery and access) when we send through your order acknowledgement email.

Colour & Anomalies

With differing screens and browsers some colours may appear slightly different to the actual goods, we do our best to represent the colours and details of the goods.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement, and by agreeing to this Agreement, you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data in that policy.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can ask to return your product within 14 days after you received your order.

If you receive a damaged item, you can ask for a repair, a replacement, or a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that made-to-order products, such as a commissioned artwork and custom and made-to-order design pieces are not eligible for return or refund.

All return costs are covered by Richard Francis Bellin.

Copyright & IP

An artwork sale does not transfer or assign or licence any copyright or other intellectual property rights. The copyright remains with the artist. Purchase of the Work, does not include the right to produce copies of the Work (including photographs thereof) for publication or perform any other act restricted by copyright. If such rights are sought, you should contact the artist.
